Dear friends,Thanks to all the individuals that attended the picnic and GBM. We are glad that the weather Gods were kind on the day of the picnic, which added to the enjoyment of the event. We are delighted that children of the community did a fantastic job with selling snow cones and homemade cookies, and raised a whopping $230. BAI supplemented with $270 from our charity account, to present a check for $500 to the Riley Children's hospital. We are very proud of the civic stewardship demonstrated by our young leaders!Several people stayed back to help with clean up and then participated in a walkathon- check out the pictures on the BAI FB page!Big thanks to all of you who actively participated. To all who did not have the opportunity to RSVP, or RSVPed but did not have the opportunity to attend, we missed you- look forward to seeing you all at the next events! For your quick reference, the next three BAI events of 2018 are as follows:Durga Puja at the Hindu Temple on Friday, October 19th: 6pm - 9pm (more details will be sent)
